We recommend using cast bronze PG or Metric adapters when the cable gland does not have a prethreaded entry on the cabinet or equipment. With the addition of an O-ring, these adapters provide excellent sealing and secure attachment. They are primarily used for thinner metal sheet cabinets and are resistant to extreme weather conditions, high UV exposure, thermal stress, and saltwater environments.
